Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in the conference complies with all applicable export control regulations, sanctions, and related laws of the countries the jurisdiction of which applies to them. This compliance includes, but is not limited to, laws and regulations governing the access to, use of, disclosure of, transfer of, or discussion of controlled technologies, technical information, software, research results, dual-use items, military items, or other export-controlled materials.
