
GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS



Guidelines for oral presentations:

Acceptable digital format for presentation - 16x9 pptx PowerPoint for Windows. In case of MAC presentations speakers are requested to prepare their presentation in .pptx or PDF file. You can use, a special template for your presentation.

Presentation files should be uploaded to the ????? platform or handed over to the technician responsible for the room in which the meeting is taking place. This should preferably be done 30 minutes before the start of the day or during the breaks to ensure that the meeting runs smoothly and on time.

Please ensure to deliver your presentation to the technician on time.
Guidelines for Poster presentations:

All posters must be prepared in English.

Poster boards’ dimensions (including frames) will be 100 cm in width and 200 cm in height. To keep good legibility of the poster, we recommend a maximum size of 90 cm (35.4 inches) in width and 120 cm (47.2 inches) in length. Please use the “portrait” position.

We do not accept textile posters due to problems with their correct installation. The posters should be paper with a maximum paper weight of 200 g.

Make sure that the poster is not crowded by too many letters or numbers. Posters should be easy to read from a 2-meter distance.

There will be one poster board for each poster. Poster boards will be marked with numbers according to the numbering of posters as given in the Programme.

Posters should be displayed on the day of their session. Properly: Session I - before 9 a.m. September 7th, Poster Session II - before 9 a.m. September 8th.

Posters must be removed at the end of your poster session (Poster Session I - before 9 a.m. - September 8th, Poster Session II - after Closing ceremony September 9th).

The Congress staff will be available to assist and will provide tape for securing the posters.

Posters that are not removed by the end of the day/event will be disposed of by the organizers.
